CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE
We haven’t done a CrossFit Suffolk Back Issue in 2 years, but we’re thinking of doing one soon. We celebrate the fact that the exercise selection for CrossFit strengthens and develops the posterior chain, the muscles that run along the back side of the body. Below is Trisha P., making my point!
