We are holding regular sessions at 10-11 and 11-12.  The 12-1 session will be reserved for the 2016 CrossFit Open competitors doing 16.1.  If you are an Open competitor who cannot come at 12 pm, but wants to do 16.1 today then come at 10 or 11 am and we will get you squared away.

THE 2016 OPEN

We’re off to great start with 25 of our 37 competitors smashing through the 2016 CrossFit Open Workout 16.1 yesterday!  The performances and the support for the athletes was spectacular.  It’s motivating to see that 12 of the competitors have never done the Open before and 5 of the competitors are in the Masters (40 and above) category.  There is still time to register and do 16.1–you have until Monday evening.  Click HERE if you are interested.

5 box jumps 24/20″
5 V-Ups
10 air squats
10 kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
