Workout of the Day
Turkish Get-up
3 reps in each hand
load by feel

Tabata Protocol (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 cycles):
Push Press 75/50#
Sit-ups
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/50#
Push-ups

NOTE: You will perform 8 cycles of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest per exercise.  During the 20 seconds of work you will perform as many reps as possible of the exercise.  8 cycles of each exercise takes 4 minutes.  The entire workout takes 16 minutes in total.  You will keep track of how many reps you perform in total.

Optional:
Farmer’s Walk
3-one minute walks
use kettlebells, dumbbells or Farmer’s Walk handles
