NOTE: You will perform 8 cycles of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest per exercise. During the 20 seconds of work you will perform as many reps as possible of the exercise. 8 cycles of each exercise takes 4 minutes. The entire workout takes 16 minutes in total. You will keep track of how many reps you perform in total.
