This was my strategy to recover after each workout at the competition last Saturday.  It worked out well for me, but go ahead and CAPTION THIS:

Workout of the Day
30 minutes of:
80′ run
5 kettlebell swings
5 sit-ups
2 deck squats
2 groiners

Another Deck Squat video.  This one shows strength and conditioning coach, Steve Maxwell.  I show this one because he’s 59 years old in this video.

      Trisha!! Ladies and gentlemen we have a comment from a 6:30 AM person!! Please, a round of applause is appropriate and encouraged.

      Pretty good for your first time in the Comment Zone! There are only certain events I’ll do with my Man-Tights on. Shoveling isn’t one of them.
