TIP: DO THE PALLOF PRESS FOR A STRONG CORE  We’ve been introducing this one since we were shown by Jon Belmonte of Max Effort Physical Therapy.  It doesn’t take much time and is simple to execute, but not easy.  The Pallof Press yields fantastic results.  You NEED to do this.  While we’re on the topic…the Pallof Press is an “anti-rotational” exercise.  Jon has shown me a great anti-extension exercise that is similar in nature to the Pallof Press.  You may need to do that one as well.  If we haven’t shown you or you don’t know what I’m talking about please ask.—George

Thanks George!! The body moves so much more efficiently when rotation is controlled. I picked these up from Dr. Perry Nicholson and you can follow his work on FB or IG at Stop Chasing Pain if you would like to learn more.

    Jon– Thank you!

Jay–You need to stop being so photogenic. It seems as though you are ever-present when the camera comes out. I actually have good pics that I purposely did not use because you’re in them. Perhaps you could give a seminar on how to look good in photos–even while working out. Maybe then I wouldn’t have to delete so many of the pics I take. In the meantime step out of the frame and let the other kids have a turn.
