    George & Lisa thank you so much for the class yesterday…i’m looking forward to the next session. I don’t know about anyone else, but it made me feel like I would have a chance if something happened. All of the things you showed us were something we can really do!! That was empowering!! We tried to practice on Lenny…but we hurt him lol…only a little
