Today's workout is the first WOD in the Frostbite 2013 Competition in Long Island City today.  We will be doing the WOD to be in spirit with the three competitors from CrossFit Suffolk: Jen T., Alisa and Meagan!  Good luck ladies!

The time has come!  THE PARTY is tonight at 7pm!!  Come to the gym.  Wear "regular" (read: non-workout clothes).  Food will be provided, but many are asking if they may bring food.  The answer is: You Do NOT have to, but you may.  Bring what you like to drink.  Come and socialize with your fellow crossfitters.  The "morning crew" can meet the "night crew".  The "night crew" can meet the "morning crew".  You work hard, you train hard, now it's time to relax, eat, laugh and "tell story"…oh and you can even dance if you're into that sort of thing!
