“SWEAT SHAMING”: A WOMAN’S WORKOUT HUMILIATION

Maybe it’s me?

I realize that I’m apparently not fit for modern society.  I like women who are strong.  I like women who have the bruises and scars that show they are fully engaged in life.  And I like when women sweat from physical activity.

In the event that you do not have same likes or dislikes as me, whatever happened to IF-YOU-HAVE-NOTHING-NICE-TO-SAY-DON’T-SAY-ANYTHING?  Is this what women who train have to be concerned with?  I only hope I’m present at the scene where a woman is “sweat-shamed” so I can motivate the uncivil person to approach sweaty women with a different tact.–George

LONGER FASTS MIGHT HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS BUT AMERICANS EAT ALL DAY LONG

Interesting article, but the report never mentioned if the subjects were working out and, if so, how they were training and how much they were training.  There was also no mention of how this would differ (or if it would differ) if the subjects worked out on a regular basis.  There was no mention of what they were eating or drinking.—George

First I’m negative, now I’m a mean spirit. If I didn’t know any better, I’d sense you were looking for someone to yell at you too.
