30 minutes of:
200 meter run
5 DB Clean & Jerk, left hand
5 DB Clean & Jerk, right hand
5 mountain climbers
5 get-up to kneeling

      Get up to kneeling: From a supine position rock back a little to lift your hips off the ground, tuck one leg while you extend the other leg and get up to one knee. Pivot the leg that was tucked so it doesn’t stay under you. This will improve your balance. While getting to the kneeling position keep your hands up as if you were protecting yourself from a punch or kick to the face. To go back to the start position, tuck the leg that was under you and sit back.
