CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Always the Protector!  Jay comes to the rescue of a damsel in distress.  Jay had to cut a woman’s hair after she got caught in the barbed wire at the Spartan Beast last weekend.  In case you viewed the photos of the Spartan Beast and you thought it looks fun–IT’S NOT!  It is a challenge, it’s a unique experience, it’s a lot of things but, “fun” isn’t one of them.

Jay that is such a great picture!! Of course you would help a fellow spartan!! I always see those types of pictures after spartan races and it’s especially awesome that it’s one of our own!!

The food article is a really good one and definitely reflects what’s happening to me. It’s a very good article for all of us to read!!

I only wish they showed the next frame photo. When Jay couldn’t cut the young lady’s hair free he adjusted, overcame and adapted. Without missing a beat Jay pulled her hair upward as he stomped on her upper back. Much to almost everyone’s delight that did the trick.

    You’re a beautiful man Jay.
