5 WAYS TO TURN FOOD INTO MUSCLE, NOT FAT
AN ABBREVIATED LIST OF “HOUSEKEEPING” AND OTHER RULES TO LIVE BY (IN THE GYM):
1) Do not drop bars that have 10 and/or 15 lb. plates. They will “skip” laterally destroying all in their path. By “drop” we mean from a high or overhead position.
2) Wipe off whatever form of DNA you leave on any equipment. There are plenty of disinfectant wipes. Use them.
3) Place any kettlebell weighing over 44 lb./20 kg on the storage shelf. Do not leave them on the floor.
4) If you use the last (or even second to last) paper towel in the bathroom please let a coach know so that we can resupply immediately. Taking the last towel and not saying anything is inconsiderate….just in case you didn’t get that lesson at home….when you were 5.

Maria! You look beautiful in all this pictures. Nothing prettier then a pregnant lady 🙂 especially with a barbell. We will miss you. All the best with your new addition and new home. Much love xo
Maria looks awesome!!!
She sure does!
More importantly, we enjoyed her presence in the gym. Maria has a great sense of humor, was always smiling and she worked very hard, especially on the Olympic Lifts–and she was good at them.
Yeah…we’re going to miss her!
Sorry..I misspoke…I mean Maria IS good at the Olympic Lifts. I was speaking as if she were really gone…like GONE, GONE. She’s just moving 40 minutes west. That’s all.
Okay. Carry on.
