    Melissa: So this weekend I was at a VMA after party and I grabbed Kanye West like this, and suplexed his ass!!

    Katy: wow cool story

    Melissa: then I realized I drank my weight in pre-workout and I was just tripping balls

    Jay: I wish I had just stayed inside and half assessed another scaled workout
