ANNOUNCING THE CROSSFIT SUFFOLK SUMMER PARTY 2015!!  Cindy and Abby were kind enough to host the party at their house in beautiful Bay Shore.  There’s a swimming pool and hot tub so bring the appropriate swim wear.  The party is Saturday August 8th 2015 at 5 pm until late.  This will be the social event of the summer…the one everyone will be talking about.  Don’t miss out.  Plan now!  Mark it on your calendar.  Put it in your cell phone. There is a sign-up sheet in the gym.  If you plan on attending get your name on the sign-up sheet.  See me or Cindy or Abby for further details or if you have questions.—George

    Kelly, that is exactly what I am doing. I always kind of dread double unders because of my jump-jump-double under technique but now…

    Richie–It’s disturbing to me that you would choose the Dancing Fool as your Spirit Animal. HA! HA! HA! Wow is that HA! annoying.

    I went back and read my notes while drinking coffee. The coffee did add to the whole experience..thank you Kelly, Janie and Jen! What I still don’t understand is why my phone changed “unders” to “understanding” in my notes.

    Bevin–Nice video, but it would have been even better if you could have dubbed in the theme song to “George Of The Jungle”. For my next act I’m going to attempt to swing from rope to rope or I’m going to swing from the rope to the rig and go right into my Monkey Bar routine. Hopefully I don’t grow-up any time soon.
