In the spirit of the 2015 CrossFit Games, which take place this week in California, today’s workout is inspired by Tuesday’s Master’s (competitors 40 years old and older) event. Today’s workout is two third’s of the entire event. Thanks to John H. for the suggestion!
Workout of the Day
Thruster
Find your 1 rep max.
3 rounds for time of:
10 snatches (95 / 65 lb.)
200-meter sprint (4 x 50 m)
Note: The sprint will be done as two (2) 100 meter sprints the way we normally do 100 meter sprints, from the door to the curb and back. So two 100 meter sprints is actually four 50 meter sprints. Snatches are either Power or Squat.
