CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Michelle took a moment from training to stand still for a photo…this doesn’t happen often!

ANNOUNCING THE CROSSFIT SUFFOLK SUMMER PARTY 2015!!  Cindy and Abby were kind enough to host the party at their house in beautiful Bay Shore.  There’s a swimming pool and hot tub so bring the appropriate swim wear.  The party is Saturday August 8th 2015 at 5 pm until late.  This will be the social event of the summer…the one everyone will be talking about.  Don’t miss out.  Plan now!  Mark it on your calendar.  Put it in your cell phone. There is a sign-up sheet in the gym.  If you plan on attending get your name on the sign-up sheet.  See me or Cindy or Abby for further details or if you have questions.—GeorgeSummer Party

I see what you did George. ….deadlifts with burpees, now I have to try and find a way to get there and squeeze this WOD in….I am willing to do burpees for deadlifts lol

Great article by the way and Michelle, how do you manage to always look so good during and post wod?

Bevin–Thanks for the WOD inspiration. I came up with this after we spoke. I call this WOD “The Bevin Conundrum”.

      You’re welcome!

Thank you Bevin for your kind words! Makeup and lots of hair spray have always been my friend! Funny pic, my body looks scared…maybe its a defensive position for the anticipation of George yelling at me!!!! Have a great weekend my beautiful.

Michelle–What the effing eff? When was the last time I yelled at you? Did I ever really yell at you? You don’t look scared…maybe you just didn’t know what to do with your hands when the camera was pointed in your direction. We’ve seen the phenomenon before…”Ah..camera…what to do with my hands…where should I place them…perhaps in a “defensive position” as the camera presents a threat to my sensitive nature.”

Your body doesn’t look “scared”. I don’t train people to look scared. You’re a high performance athletic machine–a heart-breaker and a life-taker. Woman up!
