Team Workout
4 Person Teams

2 Men/2 Women

1 team member at a time performs exercises.  Entire team does the run together.
For time:
100 Ground To Overhead 95/65#
200 meter run
200 Burpee Box Jumps (20″ for everyone)
200 meter run
200 wall ball 20/14#

    Also we were all able to flip that 800lb tire with teams of 2!! Very fun! Also we cleaned it off, so everyone should take it out. Also happy 4th everyone!

      Great time today and outstanding job by everybody!

      We’re going to work the Team-WODS in more frequently in the future. We just need to hammer out the logistics. We appreciate all the feedback we’ve been receiving!

    Kelly’s laughing and I’m crying in my coffee that I missed such a great event. Next time can we have just one movement that doesn’t involve shoulders for mine, Cindy and Lou’s sake? BTW Lou I hope you are feeling better and this doesn’t force you back to Zumba classes.
