30 Russian kettlebell swings

400 meter run

20 Russian kettlebell swings

200 meter run

10 Russian kettlebell swings

Optional: 1 mile “cool down” run,  not for time

    Great pic Abby … How is it my daughter can lift more, squat better and have more muscles than me when I have been at crossfit for over a year and a half… Oh that is right… I am old…proud of you Abby

    Cindy–You’re not old. You’re seasoned. There’s a difference. Besides, if I agree that your old then I have to admit that I am. I’m not doing it. So knock it off.

    Okay I haven’t seen that movie in years did anybody else notice a young John Hamm? I had no idea he was in that movie. Lol.

    Al–Hamm was also in Shrek Forever After. Do you suppose Hamm was a cartoon character before he was a person? More importantly, why didn’t Shrek ever make a guest appearance on Mad Men?
