10 Push press (115/75 lbs)
10 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg
10 Box jumps, 24/20 inch box

    Oh good Paul…don’t address the guy who timed you. You should probably address the person who did the challenge with the same weight you did. Ok…I see how this works. 🙂

    George, I didnt want to bother an important man such as yourself. If either of you seeing me not pushing it enough let me know. I always like not being able to walk for two days after Kelly’s after workout workouts. lol
