LIFT HEAVY THINGS (49 SECOND VIDEO)  It’s amazing what we can do when we attempt feats of strength without fear, worry, or people telling us that we’ll “get hurt”.  We’ve heard the exercise shown in the video described as “dangerous” even though it is a functional, everyday-life type of movement.–George

20 kettlebell sumo-deadlift high pull 32/24 kg
