    Good morning John and my fellow Spartans.

    I have another exercise to strike from my list –

    deficit push ups – OUCH!!!

    What am I left with at this point? Standing, standing around and standing upright.

    The issue with the tank tops is only “serious” if you’re adamant about getting a RED tank top. Blue, Aqua, Shocking Pink and Grey is available. The women who ordered a tank top need to decide on one color or get a refund. Personally I like the Grey one, but I’m not in touch with my feminine side and I’m not a fashion expert by any stretch of the imagination. So…give me your feedback or suffer by my decision.

    Take your time…I need to know in the next 30 minutes.
