2015 Master Qualifier Event 4

21-15-9 reps for time of:

Deadlifts

Box jumps

Handstand push-ups

Men use 225 lb., 24-inch box

Women use 155 lb., 20-inch box

SCALING: Lower deadlift weight

  Handstand push-ups will be scaled to Box-HSPU or regular push-ups

    I have a deadline to meet at work I’ve worked late since Thursday, til 10 yesterday and working this morning….stuck here at my desk wishing I could be at the workout!!! Have fun!
