Back Squat
5X2@70%…First rep has a 3 second pause at the bottom
Note: Five sets of two reps with a 3-second pause at the bottom for the first rep only. Use 70% of your 1-rep max for all five sets.
4 rounds for time of:
20 weighted lunge steps 95/65#, 10 each leg
10 toes to bar
Note: Hold barbell in back squat position. Lunge step in place or walk if you have proper space.
