Melissa D. and Nicole are competing TOMORROW in a Powerlifting Competition right down the road from our gym!  The 2015 International Powerlifting Association New York Grand Prix/New Jersey State Championships will be held at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, 3845 Veterans Highway, Ronkonkoma (directly across from Applebee’s).  The competition starts at 8:30 am.  CLICK HERE for further information.

      LOL…”Chilled For Time”. A good friend of mine and former member coined it a few years back. Sometimes, after working a double-shift he would come to the gym just to decompress. When I asked him when he was going to start warming up he responded, “I’m not. I’m just chilling for time.”
