Hip Power Snatch (High Hang) & Overhead Squat

Note: Go by feel for the weight used.  Add weight each set, but keep the weight where it’s doable for 3 reps.
4 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
20 kettlebell snatches 24/16 kg (10 left/10 right)

1 minute rest
