1 rep max in right hand

    Nice breakdown of what most of us do wrong with the TGU, I was somewhat disappointed though with the “naked TGU” not what I was expecting. Before you say it you all were thinking it too!!

    John I think u do the “naked TGU” after U warm up with the ” Russian baby maker” exercise from Saturday’s article… I’m not positive… But I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes
