Fear not OPEN competitors!  We have until Wednesday night to validate your scores.  We are still waiting for CrossFit Headquarters to email us the validation requests.  The OPEN usually gets off to slow start regarding the Games website.  Not to worry!

Anyone can judge your workout, but only me and Lisa can validate.  For those who wish to take the CrossFit Judge’s Course click HERE for the link.  You do not need the Judge’s Course to judge during the Open, but we’re all for an educated judge and athlete!

5 rounds NOT for time:
5 handstand push-ups
10 wall ball 20/14#
15 sit-ups

 

Row 750 meters for time.

The 5 round WOD and the 750 meter row are separate.  The row DOES NOT have to be done immediately following the 5 round WOD.

    I’m feeling wall balls or box jumps for 15.2

    George are you going to give us a summary of 15.1 events?
    where’s Janie? She’s always good with the play by plays.

    George, loved the deadlift article. If I want to incorporate some of those techniques, when would I do it? After the WOD? Love deadlifts 🙂

    Hey Kelly. I’ve been nursing my hip/back after an active release treatment from Dr. Castro (BTW I love him – he has moved onto my list of favorite people). I also just returned from 80 degree weather in Florida. Too bad it was a hot tub time machine I was in and I could go back – brrrrr. I should be around for the rest of the open wods. Kind of upset I missed the 1st one even though I am not competing.

    Bevin–Before or after the WOD depending on what the WOD is.

    Jane–Welcome back to cold and dreary. Hope your vacation was great!
