OPTIMIZING BACK HEALTH WITH THE KETTLEBELL SWING

Workout of the Day
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
80′ shuttle run
10 double unders
2 DB or KB Press (1 in each arm)

(For run measure out 10 stall mats, run “there and back”.  Use either a dumbbell or a kettlebell for the press.  Choose your weight.)
