We forgot to mention…..as if Cindy’s 4th place finish at the Northeast Masters Throwdown wasn’t enough last weekend…Cindy completed the 100-Day Burpee Challenge on Sunday!  That’s 5,050 burpees in 100 days.  Congratulations Cindy!

Workout of the Day
30 minute AMRAP:
3 box jumps  24/20″
80 ft. shuttle run
2 pull-ups

[Note: Shuttle Run will be 40 feet “down and back”.  Measure off 10 stall mats.]

    Thank you all… I was and am so proud to be part of such a supportive and loving team…. If you have to have an addiction I think crossfit is a good one… So glad I found George and Lisa and my spartan family and really glad my Burpee challenge is finished…
