Click HERE for more details on the CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN.  The Open WODs will be done at CrossFit Suffolk!  We will be doing the workouts whether you register or not.  If you’d like to see how you measure up against athletes from all over the world now is your opportunity.  You need to register so you can be included on the CrossFit Games website.  Starting February 26th the WODs will be announced, 1 workout a week for 5 weeks.  What questions do you have?

[Note: Use 90% of your 1-rep max as your 1 rep max.  Do as many reps as possible on the 3rd set.]

6 rounds for time of:
5 ring dips
10 burpees

    George great pictures… Maybe someday my technique will be have as good as yours… Thanks for keeping burpees for my 1st day back… Just what I need .. More burpees… Will feel right back home… Lol
