1 DB thruster 30/20#, left arm
1 DB shoulder to overhead 30/20#, left arm
1 DB thruster 30/20#, right arm
1 DB shoulder to overhead 30/20#, left arm
[Note: Pull-ups can be strict, kipping, band or ring rows as is necessary. Step-ups may be used for box jumps. REST as necessary.]
