THE 2015 AFTER-THE-HOLIDAYS PARTY, last Saturday was our best ever!  We have the greatest group of people who ever came together to get stronger and fitter under one roof.  How could the party not be great??  Thank you all and thanks for the new Spartan-kettlebell!

7 minute EMOM:
Clean and Jerk

4 rounds for time of:
20 wall ball 20/14#
10 burpees
1 minute rest

    The party was great thanks to all who attended! As far as having every month…it’s a nice idea, but I think it would become “business as usual” and not have the same appeal. Of course, I could be wrong. I do believe it would be good to do “something” as a group every month. I have ideas. We’ll have to discuss among you all!
