ABOUT SUNDAY’S SCHEDULE: Please let us know if you plan on attending the Sunday session this week.  It’s Superbowl Sunday and the day after our party.  I need to know who is DEFINITELY going to be there.  If there’s not enough of a commitment we will cancel Sunday’s session–for this Sunday.  I need to know by Saturday afternoon.

THE PARTY EVENT OF THE YEAR HAPPENS THIS SATURDAY!

WHERE:  At the gym

WHEN:     8 PM-12 AM

WHAT TO BRING: We’ll provide food. but you can bring some too!  Bring what you like to drink.

DRESS CODE: No gym wear.  You’re not working out…you’re socializing.  No stilettos that will pierce the mats.  If your heels sink through the mats you will be made to stand in that spot the rest of the night.

ELIGIBILITY: All current members of CrossFit Suffolk and their significant others.  Most past members.  If you’re not sure. call me to find out whether we still like you.

WHAT’S THE OCCASION?: Because we feel like it.  Most clubs and organizations have holiday parties.  We say the holidays are a hectic time and you went to enough parties.  Just when things have calmed down…BAM…we have our party.  Now you can chat with the people you like chatting with without the annoyance of some loud-mouth coach telling you to stop warming up your jaw and start warming up the rest of your body.  You can further bond with your gym mates!  You can meet the people you never get to train with.  

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?: It’s a great time!  We’ve been doing this for the last 6 years and it’s always a smashing success!  Our gym is made of the very best people so getting together is always a good time!  Don’t be the person who decides not to go and regrets it after hearing about the awesomeness!

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE SO WE MAY PLAN PROPERLY.  Do not feel bad if you don’t want to go or you cannot make it…it means less cleaning up for me and more food for everyone else.

    Just a little weird that she lets her instrument tell her what she can/can not wear but then most musicians are a little eccentric

    I will be there on Sat (a little late) I didn’t know we were bringing instruments!!! I have a clarinet.. Haven’t played since the 3rd grade, but since everyone will be jamming out, I thought, what are a couple of squeaks/squawks coming from my end?!
    JAM SESSION IS ON!!

    And George: I was also planning on coming in on Sunday..

    I’m afraid to call, George…. Miss you all!!! Can’t make it this Saturday, but definitely will be at Master’s competition on the 7th to cheer 🙂

    Nah.. No Vinnies run for me this year. I’m bringing Ant with me.. So I’ll be dead sober and only staying for a reasonable time period.. Much unlike last year! Ha
