PARTY JANUARY 31ST

We are pleased to inform you that the 2015 After-The-Holidays-Party will be held at the gym on January 31st (Saturday), 8 pm-12 am!  We’ll supply food, but feel free to contribute with your own dish or beverage.

NUTRITION SEMINAR

Our good friend, Shoshana Pritzker,  a crossfitter, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the owner of Nutrition By Shoshana has offered to present a nutrition seminar at our gym.  Shoshana can speak about a wide variety of topics to include weight management and eating for improved performance.  Check out Shoshana’s website to learn more about her.  Let us know if this is something you’re interested in.  If we get enough participation we’ll schedule the seminar with Shoshana!

CORRECTIONS REGARDING YESTERDAY’S POST

My apologies…I left Jay and Angelo out of the standings from the competition.  Angelo came in 10th in the Men’s Scaled Division and Jay came in 11th.  Cindy contributed to Jenna’s competition fee.  I failed to mention that yesterday.  I also failed to mention that it was Kelly who masterminded the entire plan to help Jenna.  This should come as no surprise to the folks who know Kelly.—George
