TOMORROW’S SCHEDULE MODIFICATION:    8 -9 AM (ADULT SESSION), Spartan Kids 9:15-9:45 am, 10-11 am, 11 am-12 pm (ADULT SESSIONS).  YES, that’s not a typo….there is an 8-9 am session this Saturday!  NO 12-1 pm tomorrow.

Workout of the Day
Back Squat
Find your 1 rep max.

5 rounds for time of:
15 wall ball 20/14#
15 burpees
1 minute rest

Master’s Competitors (Optional):

500m row for time immediately followed by 3 minute AMRAP of DB Snatches (from ground), alternating hands, 40/30#
