Workouts 1,2, and 3 for the Northeast Masters Throwdown 2015 are released.  Apparently there is a 4th workout this year.  Click HERE to see the workouts.

The 631 THROWDOWN 2.0 is this Saturday!  We have 10 athletes competing.  Come out and support the team.  This is a good opportunity to see, live and in person, what it’s like to compete…and you only have to get to Lake Grove!  Click HERE for more information.

SATURDAY’S SCHEDULE MODIFICATION:   THIS WEEK ONLY: 8 -9 AM, Spartan Kids 9:15-9:45 am, 10-11 am, 11 am-12 pm.  YES, that’s not a typo….there is an 8-9 am session this Saturday!  NO 12-1 pm this week.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT****  THE LONG AWAITED EVENT OF THE SEASON…..We are pleased to inform you that the 2015 After-The-Holidays-Party will be held at the gym on January 31st (Saturday), 8 pm-12 am!  We’ll supply food, but feel free to contribute with your own dish or beverage.

4 rounds for completion (Not for time):
1 Turkish get-up to standing, left arm
1 50′ kettlebell waiter’s walk, left arm
1 Turkish Get-up to standing, right arm
1 50′ kettlebell waiter’s walk, right arm

    I’m in the whiteboard app
    I see today’s WOD & it says Spartan performance but then I see Patrick Wingler and all these other WODs but all of them has his name??
    We need to look at this together to figure it out haha

    Kelly- text me( 631-774-6669 ) we’ll discuss the new app. I emailed them with that same question about Pat W. I entered my results from today’s WOD and it showed on the whiteboard widget we normal use. Let’s discuss
