Eating Academy

In the ongoing effort to share information that will help educate we’d like to recommend this site.  This is not a re-posting of an article, but rather a recommendation of a whole blog, Eating Academy, by Dr. Peter Attia.  (Thanks to Greg for making me aware of Attia!)  

Why should you check this out?

Attia talks the talk and walks the walk regarding nutrition.  He has an excellent medical background and experiments on himself.  In his own words, “For the past two years I’ve been obsessively reading everything on the science of nutrition and seeing how I could apply it to myself. I am a relentless self-experimenter and my own experiences, coupled with the work many others, have certainly challenged everything I thought I knew about nutrition.”

The desire to be a medical doctor happened after Attia began looking into his own health issues and concerns.  Now we get to benefit from his findings.—George
