TODAY: 3 sessions only: 6:30-7:30 am, 9-10 am, 10-11 am

Christmas Day: Closed

The Day After Christmas (Friday): 10-11 am & 11 am- 12 pm, NO EVENING SESSIONS

Saturday: Regular schedule

Workout of the Day
12 Days Of Christmas

1 Thruster 95/65#
2 Front Squats
3 Push Press
4 Hang Power Cleans
5 Deadlifts
6 Pullups
7 KB SDHP 53#/35#
8 KB Swings
9 Box Jumps 24/20?
10 Lunge Steps
11 V Ups
12 Burpees
When each set is completed, all previous sets are done as well (Like the song!)

Some did the 12 Days Of Christmas yesterday and they are better people for it today!  There was some confusion, however.  To avoid further confusion, and to display my dedication to you all, I took the time to seek out and post a video (actually it’s a cartoon suitable for watching at work or with the children) of the 12 Days Of Christmas Song.  To prepare for today’s workout you should watch the cartoon.  Doing so will facilitate your understanding of how to do this WOD properly.  Please make this a family event.  Gather your significant other and the kiddies and gather around your desktop, laptop, tablet or cellular device and sing along with the cartoon!  I’ll know who watched the video by how smoothly you transition from exercise to exercise.  I’ll know who didn’t watch the video by how  poorly you interpret my crystal clear instruction.   Please click HERE for the video.  Enjoy!

    Oh I’ve been practicing this song for days now!!! I’ve even made up my own little “crossfit suffolk” version of it! Now all I have to do is make it in there! Lol
