AB TRAINING FOR STRONGMAN

Workout of the Day
5 rounds for time of:
5 strict press w/60% 1RM
20 double unders
30 sit-ups

Note: Do the WOD from the day you missed if you weren’t in all week.  If you have to scale the double-unders do 60 singles.

Note 2:  We will be retesting our Front Squat 1 Rep Max tomorrow!
