**We’re happy to report that Coach Lauren gave birth to a handsome man-cub Friday afternoon.  Mom and baby are doing well!  Rumor has it that the baby does perfect pull-ups and burpees just like Mom!

**The workouts for the 2015 Masters Throwdown have not been announced yet, but if you click HERE and scroll to the bottom of the page you’ll find a list of skill requirements broken down by age groups and gender.  The listed skills will appear in the workouts, we just don’t know how, in which order, and in what amount.

 

Sunday session is 10-11 am
