Workout of the Day
8 minute AMRAP:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats

5 minutes rest

8 minute AMRAP:
9 deadlifts
6 hang power clean
3 jerks
Choose weight. Only 1 barbell may be used.
