Tuesday and Wednesday: Regular schedule

Thanksgiving Day (Thursday):  2 sessions ONLY- 9-10 am & 10-11 am (Sign-up for session is mandatory)

Friday: 2 sessions only-10-11 am & 11 am-12 pm.

Saturday: Regular schedule

Note:  This is the last session at 75% 1RM (or more).  We will have two sessions of “download” weight (significantly lighter) and we will test our 1 rep max following the download sessions.  Stay tuned!

20 Russian kettlebell swings
