Workout of the Day
Front Squat

Note: Add 5 lbs. to weight of last session UNLESS you are at 75% of your 1 rep max already.  Do not go above 75% 1RM unless you are able to perform 20 reps with just ONE break in the set.

3 minute AMRAP:
kettlebell clean & jerk 24/16 kg (alternating hands)

Rest 3 minutes

3 minute AMRAP:
kettlebell snatches 24/16kg  (alternating hands)

Rest 3 minutes

3 minute AMRAP:
Russian kettlebell swings 24/16kg
