We like this photo on so many levels. This group represents all walks of life. Two of the women are pregnant. Two are attorneys. One does home care and is a college student. One is a mom and CrossFit coach. One is an accountant. One is an Emergency Medical Technician and one is a doctor of Physical Therapy. When they come together in this room they are all CrossFitters! They share a common goal: To be better than they were yesterday.

Note: It’s Thursday. Thursday is the Active Recovery day if you have been training every day since Monday. Notice there is nothing especially heavy. It is not “easy”, but it is relatively short in duration. If you missed Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday today is a good day to make it up. Especially if you missed the 2-Minute Squat Re-Test from Tuesday’s strength workout. Do it today!
If you trained all week, but cannot make the rest of the week feel free to do one 500 meter row followed by 2 or 3 rounds of the other exercises.
