Workout of the Day

Back Squat As many reps as you can do in 2 minutes with 70% 1 RM.

Note: The back squat workout is a re-test of the 2-minute back squat workout we did 5 weeks ago on September 8th.  The goal is to do more back squats in two minutes today than you did on September 8th.  We would say, “good luck”, but you won’t need it.  You’ve been putting in the work!—George

    I finally found my get fit calling, I enjoy each time I come to crossfit. George you are a great teacher and very patience. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, so even though I’m not on their level yet I still feel like I fit right in. Thank you again

      Thank you for the kind words Evelyn! You and Michelle are doing VERY well for the short amount of time you’ve been with us. Everyone you’ve worked out with started at the “level” you’re at right now. Keep that in mind!

    Great squat workout these past few weeks, I think just about everyone improved(got stronger) from a few weeks ago. I’d call that success YEAH GEORGE!! Looking forward to our next strength workout

    YEAH JOHN! Thanks for the support! A quick survey revealed that EVERYONE I spoke to increased their reps in the 2 minute test. Even the run felt stronger!
