STRETCHING DOESN’T WORK (THE WAY YOU THINK IT DOES)

Workout of the Day
Back Squat
2X15 @70% 1 RM
Rest 90 seconds in between sets
The goal is to complete the sets faster than you did the 3 sets of 10 from last Monday.
4 rounds for time of:
20 Kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
400 meter run
rest 1 minute
