YEAH John! There was an awesome energy in the gym yesterday! We need to start the Paleo Diet Chronicles with a special section on something I like to call “Paleo Kitchen Nightmares”. Perhaps the coffee grinds/raw egg story can kick off the series. Perhaps the names can be changed to protect the guilty.
