Good luck to all of our Spartans competing in the Tri State New Jersey Spartan Super today! The Spartan Super is 8-9 miles long with at least 20 obstacles and it takes place at Mountain Creek Resort in Mount Vernon, New Jersey. The Summit Elevation is 1,480′. Good, clean FUN!
THE WHOLE30 PROGRAM RULES We’ve handled plenty of questions this week regarding the Whole 30 Program or what some are referring to as the 30 Day Paleo Challenge. This is a good thing. We have more membership interest this time around than ever before!
By now you should be wrapping up your food shopping and have some idea of what meals you’ll be eating throughout the week.
Please follow the rules outlined in the program above. The Whole 30 was designed by the Whole9 folks, Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. They’ve been at this for some time and have tweaked it over time. They know of what they speak and they have consistently received excellent results. If you have been reading throughout the week you’ll notice not all versions of the “Paleo Diet” are exactly the same. Let not your heart be troubled. Just follow the Whole30 Program.
