THE ARMS RACE AND OLYMPIC LIFTING “Bill Starr explains that training your biceps has limited carryover to lifting, but targeting your triceps can result in PR snatches and jerks.”–CrossFit Journal, July 2014
SQUAT THERAPY: 4 DRILLS FOR A BETTER SQUAT If you’ve had a squat “issue” in our gym you know at least 3 of these 4 drills. The re-posting of Chet Morjaria’s article in Breaking Muscle was done because some information sinks in better when you “hear” it from a source you don’t know. It’s like raising children. You can give them good advice, but the same advice sounds better when it comes from a stranger. Check it out kids!–George

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
The timberland one is mine ! I’ll be there tomorrow to get it
Very well then Britt! Unfortunately two of the cups have not been claimed and therefore will face a firing squad at 1300 hours tomorrow.
Great info in the “arms race” article. I also sent the squa article to my friend who can’t squat a lick. Thanks George!
Whatever I can do to help mankind Ben!
