SQUAT THERAPY: 4 DRILLS FOR A BETTER SQUAT     If you’ve had a squat “issue” in our gym you know at least 3 of these 4 drills.  The re-posting of Chet Morjaria’s article in Breaking Muscle was done because some information sinks in better when you “hear” it from a source you don’t know.  It’s like raising children.  You can give them good advice, but the same advice sounds better when it comes from a stranger.  Check it out kids!–George

Workout of the Day
4 rounds of:
10 shoulder to overhead 95/65#
max effort pull-ups

Note: Shoulder to overhead means getting the bar from the shoulders to locked out above the head by pressing, push pressing or jerking (push or split).  Your score is total pull-up reps.

      Very well then Britt! Unfortunately two of the cups have not been claimed and therefore will face a firing squad at 1300 hours tomorrow.
