Matt M. and Jay are looking for teammates for the FLEX ON THE BEACH competition!  The competition takes place on September 13th in Long Beach.  Let us know if you are interested.  What questions do you have?

Workout of the Day
EMOM for 7 minutes:
1 power clean, 1 hang power clean, 1 jerk (push or split)
(if you’re not sure which weight to use go with 70% 1RM of your jerk)
For time:
40 box jumps (24 / 20 in.)
20 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots (20 / 14 lb.)
20 ring dips
40 wall-ball shots (20 / 14 lb.)
20 toes-to-bars
40 box jumps (24 / 20 in.)

    That’s so funny, someone recently asked me if I was doing the Flex on the Beach competition! Haha I’d be interested……. If I was strong enough/fast enough haha
